Virginia Donovan founded the company in 2001 after 15 years experience of successfully designing and implementing diversity and equalities solutions in organisations. She worked mainly in and with the public sector but also with private companies in a consultancy role as a government adviser.
She is a Licentiate Member of CIPD and has an MA in Human Resource Management from Kingston Business School.
Her training and work as a drama teacher led her to develop her unique and highly interactive and experiential approach to diversity. Her way of working with trained actors and expert diversity consultants and facilitators is unique.
It combines the skills of trained diversity experts with the interactive experience of working with actors.
